THE WONDERS OF FEMALE ORGASM –

A WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN

Feminine energy is a powerful force.  Our bodies are capable of enormous amounts of orgasmic pleasure.  Yet many of us only are aware of a few limited ways to access some parts of that pleasure, our ‘tried and tested’ methods that work for us.  If you are interested in learning how to expand and explore your own personal orgasmic potential, and enjoy longer and stronger orgasms, then this is the workshop for you!

Bringing together leading experts in the field of female orgasm from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, we distill the latest thinking on the rich tapestry and threads about what is possible in female orgasm and provide the best practical techniques to help you expand your pleasure.

Wherever you are on your own orgasm pathway — whether you can't reach orgasm at all (are preorgasmic), are irregularly orgasmic and can't work out why, can’t reach orgasm through normal intercourse and would like to, are sometimes orgasmic, pretty orgasmic, or indeed highly orgasmic — this workshop will provide you with new information and practical next steps for you to expand and claim the pleasure that is yours.  Very importantly, a natural side effect of knowing and enjoying our bodies in this way is that we become much better lovers.

This will be a fun, enjoyable and educational day for you – learning, sharing and relaxing with other women with a common interest in enjoying different, longer and stronger orgasms - make sure you’re here!

What you will learn:

• What is possible in the full spectrum of orgasmic experiences you can experience in your body.  This will include some clinical explanations of nerve pathways & muscle groups and an overview of key principles to start to access these states, drawing on tantric, Reichian and best practice sex coaching teachings.
• All about your G-spot—its history, where it is, what it does, how to stimulate it, best toys to use on your G-spot, what to expect emotionally as you become better acquainted with it.
• Taoist and Jade Egg practices to enhance your sexual enjoyment, ability to give pleasure and improve your own health and vitality.
• A set of simple, effective exercises for you to take home and practice to enhance your orgasmic abilities that are easy to fit into your daily life schedule.

Please note, the workshop is fully clothed and personal confidentiality and boundaries are respected at all times.  The contributors are practiced professionals at creating and holding a safe space for sharing and exchange of useful practical advice for women on topics that many women rarely get the chance to discuss.

The workshop will be limited to 12 participants maximum to keep it intimate and ensure participants have good access to the presenters.

Venue:

The workshop will be held in a private country home, a stunning barn conversion 30 mins away from London by car or train and close to the A3 and the South East.

Local overnight accommodation is available if required at very reasonable rates.

Catering:

Lunch and refreshments thoughout the day are included in the cost of the workshop and will consist of homemade quiches and salads, special diets will be accommodated if notified in advance.

It is a day of sharing and celebration, so we will close on a toast of champagne to new friends and new possibilities!

Deborah Sundahl

Deborah Sundahl is the foremost pioneer and expert in female ejaculation and the G-spot. She is the author of Female Ejaculation and the G-spot (Hunter House, 2006). Her 22 years of groundbreaking contributions to this field include a line of videos titled: the Female Ejaculation Sex Education Series. which Deborah produced and hosts. Jenni Smallshaw

Jenni Smallshaw is an orgasm expert with a background in tantra and energy practices.  In conjunction with Katrine Berling, a Danish orgasm expert & sexologist, she is setting up a new online orgasm, sex education and sex exploration coaching course for women, men and couples.  It is specifically aimed at mainstream audiences who become busy with careers and/or children & realise there is room for more pleasure in their lives.  Its focus is on practical, concise, fun & interactive training, provided by some of the best sex educators in the world, many of whom she has studied with. She is presently completing her sex coaching qualifications.
